The Danube River Cruise
Donauturm (Danube Tower), Millennium Tower, Ringturm (Ring Tower), Spittelau district heating plant, Urania Observatory – nothing new to you? What about going for a different perspective? Join us on this Danube river cruise and you will have several hours to experience these sights from the water. DDSG shipping company cruise boats leave from Schwedenplatz pier (downtown Vienna) daily at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
To avoid hassle with dinner, we recommend to go on the 2:00 p.m. cruise at the latest, which returns to Schwedenplatz pier at 5:20 p.m.

Who would not like to feel like an emperor or an empress? So why not go ahead and feel like Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth, enjoying a three-course candlelight dinner at Café-Restaurant Residenz, next to the palace´s main entrance. In summer – if the weather permits – your imperial dinner will be served outside on the restaurant´s comfortable garden terrace.

Let Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra Vienna take you on a trip into the very heart of the former imperial Vienna. The sound of Strauss and Mozart, marvellous solo singers and ballet dancers, and the unique setting of the exquisitely restored Schoenbrunn Orangery will give you a timeout from the modern world. The Orangery – conveniently located just a few steps from Schoenbrunn underground station (line U4) – originally served as a place for overwintering plants and has become a venue for exclusive concerts and events today. Being a part of Schoenbrunn Palace, the Orangery is a UNESCO world-cultural heritage site. How often do you get the chance to enjoy Strauss and Mozart in a truly historic venue?
Note: In case of private functions in the Schoenbrunn Orangery, Schoenbrunn Palace Concerts will take place in the Great Gallery (Grosse Galerie) or the White-Gold Room (Weissgoldzimmer) inside Schoenbrunn Palace, at Schoenbrunn Palace Theatre or in other concert halls in Vienna.
