Going by Schoenbrunn Panorama Train is nostalgia in the true sense of the word! The journey starts in front of Schoenbrunn Palace and goes up to Gloriette. After a short photo stop, you will go on to Kaiserpavillon Restaurant. And after dinner, Schoenbrunn Panorama Train will take you right to the Schoenbrunn Orangery, where the concert takes place.

The Concert
Let the Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra take you on a trip into the very heart of the former imperial Vienna. The sound of Mozart and Strauss, marvellous solo singers and ballet dancers, and the unique setting of the Schoenbrunn Orangery will give you a timeout from the modern world. The Orangery – the former palmery of the Habsburg emperors and empresses – is just a couple of minutes´ walk from Schoenbrunn Palace. And it is the perfect venue to bring out the best of Mozart´s and Strauss´ unique melodies. Knowing perfectly well about the advantages of this magnificent venue, Emperor Joseph II often used the Orangery as a splendid setting for sumptuous festivities. During one of these festivities, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonio Salieri competed in a musical contest, remarkably staged by Milos Forman in his movie “Amadeus”. How often do you get the chance to enjoy such brilliant tunes in a truly original venue?
